Briefbase ("we", "us") is operated by an independent developer based in Antalya, Turkey. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Account data: name, email, workspace details you provide.
• Usage data: how you interact with the product, to improve it.
• Content you upload: briefs, creator details, campaign data.
• Payment data: handled entirely by Gumroad. We never see your full card details.

How we use it

To provide the service, process payments via Gumroad, send important account emails, and improve the product. We do not sell your data. We do not run ads.

Third parties

We use Gumroad for billing, and standard infrastructure providers for hosting and analytics. Each processes data only to provide their service.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hi@getbriefbase.com.

Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active. If you cancel, we retain it for 90 days in case you return, then delete it.
